Day 41

Objective:  The students will complete their first Q3 Essay using Grendel as their open source.

Day 40

Objective:  The students will read their last Hemingway story to wrap up the unit.  They will read it only, with no assignment, only to discuss it on Wednesday in a great short class discussion.

Objective:  The students will know what a Q3 Essay Prompt looks like and what the expectations are for students to pass.

Upcoming deadlines:
  • November 13: HARD DEADLINE - joining sections, status "Yes"
  • December 20: Deadline to pay for exams at bit.ly/mlkwolfstore
There are still students who have not joined your sections.  There is a hard deadline of November 13 for students to join.  November 13 is the last date for me to submit our AP exam order for May 2021 (except second semester AP courses). Students joining after this date will be charged a $40 late fee no matter what, since College Board will charge us that amount for any exams added after this date (with the exception of the second semester AP courses).  Students can pay until December 20.  Any student that has questions about payment or special circumstances can email me.
