Objective: Students will be able to identify the personality traits represented in a parable by reading “The Parable of the Good Samaritan” (Reading Standard 3.7)

2. “The Parable of the Good Samaritan”
3. “The Miller, His Son, and Their Donkey”
4. Homework: You should be reading an outside book. We start a new novel in one week
5. Project is due on the 19. Be sure to summarize each article (who, what, where, when and how) and they need to be typed. NO LATE PROJECTS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!



Period 1 and 4:

1. Chapter 6 Review for test next class.
2. Pick the best writing, the Fable or the Parable, and type it out for grading and writing portfolio. Turn in both handouts and typed writing next class.
